We decided to take our bikes over busy tower bridge to enjoy a bit of the touristic side of London. 

 

Although we did not use the rental bikes for the londoners, these are public bikes that can be rented by anyone with a bank card at a cost of £2 for rental and price increasing depending on how long it takes for you to get to the docking station.

 

These bikes are otherwise known as "boris bikes" named after the mayor of London, Boris Johnson, the man who introduced the bikes to London. Also called "barclays bikes" due to the initial sponsorship of the barclays bank ensuring the bikes were covered with their name
